Creative and Media Diploma in Cambridge and Norwich (Phase 1)

A contract was agreed with Arts Council England, East and the National Skills Academy for Creative and Cultural Skills for a two phase project exploring the Creative & Media Diploma in Norwich and Cambridge.

Phase One of this work ran from January - July 2009.The aim of the first phase was to clarify the basis on which a sustainable financial relationship could be built over time between the performing arts sector and the 14-19 education sector to provide support for the Creative and Media Diploma and between the 14-19 sector and a range of Education, Employment and Training Opportunities arising out of the Creative and Media Diploma.

The findings and recommendations following this work were presented to the funders in July 2009 in report form. Following this, phase 2 of the work has now begun.
