Arts Inform is a company limited by guarantee, with registered charity status. Registered Charity Number: 1052730
The Company is governed by a board of Directors and is independently audited in accordance with Charity Commission guidelines. Company registration number: 3090214
Funding
Arts Inform is a Regularly Funded Organisation of Arts Council England and currently receives a grant to cover a proportion of its core costs. Arts Inform’s current funding agreement is guaranteed until March 2012. Additional core costs and project activity are funded through external partnerships and commissions on a project by project basis.
