Arts Inform was established by the London Arts Board. The Joint Chief Executive is Frances Morrell and Linda Payne. The company complements the education and training programme of London Arts by building relationships between professionals within the cultural industries and schools and colleges. It draws its perspective from Engines of Prosperity, a report commissioned by the London Arts Board in 1994.
